Dmponline – learn how to use the new data management plan tool in a workshop

DMPonline is a tool for creating data management plans (DMPs). The workshop is intended for doctoral students and researchers.

The DMP template takes the form of a questionnaire and helps you through the various steps via multiple choice questions and some open-ended questions.  There are also guidance notes to assist you in writing the most useful answers. 
A data management plan is required for certain grants and will become required for the use of certain ORU research tools.

During the workshop you will be shown how the DMP tool and the template are build-up.  After this, you can work on your own research in dmponline.  Research Data Advisors will be there to help you with any questions you have regarding dmponline or research data more generally.

The workshops are held on various locations, you are welcome to attend on any date:

  • Thursday 12 November, 13:00-16:00 (CUSÖ)
  • Tuesday, 17 November, 09:00-12:00 (Långhuset)
  • Wednesday, 18 November, 13:00-16:00 (Prisma)
