Marco Angioli

Om Marco Angioli

Marco Angioli is a postdoctoral researcher in Computer Science at Örebro University, working on neuro-inspired computing with Dr. Denis Kleyko. He holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and a Ph.D. in Information and Communications Technologies, all from Sapienza University of Rome.

His research focuses on enabling intelligent systems to learn and adapt directly on resource-constrained devices. He investigates how neuro-inspired, randomized high-dimensional representations can simplify online learning, combining algorithmic innovations with hardware design to reduce memory requirements, computational cost, and energy consumption while supporting real-time adaptation.
