This is one project in the FORMAS research program "Processes that buffer against youth mental health problems" on the development of health in youth. We survey a large sample of youth 12-15 years old once a year for five years to study how sleep patterns develop. In particular we are interested in psychological and behavioral mechanisms involved in good as well as poor sleep.
