Sleep has an important function in promoting both mental and physical health. We study sleep habits of adolescents and adults, test psychological methods and commercial products to improve sleep, and investigate how well questionnaires capture people's sleep and related areas. As sleep is an interdisciplinary area, both in clinical reality as well as in research, we collaborate with different professions and researchers from other subjects than psychology.

Clara Sancho Domingo at Miguel Hernández University, Spain, is also a part of the research group.
