Evaluating clinical placements for nursing education ( first and second cycle)

Within the training programs for nurses and specialist nurses workplace-based training in care and social care activities is included to increase the student's learning in collaboration with the environment of the business, employees and with the patients who are cared for within the activities. As a large part of the education consists of VFU, it is important to evaluate how this affects the students' learning and professional development.
