Stella El Masry is a PhD candidate in Business Administration researching how the EU Sustainable Finance Regulatory Framework shapes governance and organizational practices in the public sector. Alongside her research, she works as a Process Leader and Investment Controller at Region Stockholm and serves as an ad hoc expert to the European Commission's Platform on Sustainable Finance.
