The International Symposium on Comparative Didactics (ISCOD) is a research initiation project that supports and drives research in comparative didactics. Research in comparative didactics relates different parts of the education system to one other, studying interdisciplinary and international patterns that have relevance for teaching and learning. In this field, scholars interested in different school subjects can compare results and develop transdisciplinary methodology.
