The overall research question is how lifestyle behaviors, mainly physical activity and dietary habits, can influence different health outcomes throughout the life course. The research conducted is interdisciplinary and includes competencies in nutrition and physical activity epidemiology, physiology, molecular biology, psychology and health economics.
