Research workshop with the Food and Health Center.

The Food and Health Center warmly welcomes researchers from all disciplines to a workshop dedicated to identifying and strengthening research ideas, and to fostering interdisciplinary collaborations within the field of food and health.

Our ambition is to serve as a unifying force for research in food and health at Örebro University and to facilitate the ability of good ideas to lead to real change. There is already a lot of strong research in the area today and now we want to take the next step together with you.

The challenges of the future, from food security and sustainable food systems to health effects, require broad approaches and a diversity of perspectives. Therefore, we also welcome you whose research is not directly in the core area. New and unexpected combinations can often provide the most innovative solutions.

During the afternoon you will also get an insight into current national and regional R&I agendas, and we would like to have a joint conversation about how we can build strong and long-term forum for knowledge exchange going forward.
