Project Management Internship at Danish-owned Localization Agency in Málaga

Due to increasing project volumes, we are looking for an extra set of hands to support our Project Management team in the daily coordination of multilingual localization projects. This internship is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and want hands-on exposure to the operational side of the localization industry.

What we offer

We offer a focused and practical internship in a highly dynamic localization environment. You will gain first-hand experience with real client projects and learn how professional Language Service Providers (LSPs) operate on a day-to-day basis.

As a PM Assistant Intern, you will:

• Support Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and delivery of localization projects
• Assist with job setup, scheduling, and tracking deadlines across multiple languages
• Communicate with translators, reviewers, and internal stakeholders
• Help ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of projects
• Learn about vendor management, quality assurance, and internal workflows
• Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard project management systems and CAT tools.

If your native language is Scandinavian, Dutch, French, Italian or German, the internship can also be combined with translation or linguistic tasks, depending on workload and interest.

Practical information

• Location: On-site internship at our office in Fuengirola (Málaga province), Spain
