The research group collects empirical questions from learning and teaching situations within the subject of Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Meal Science (HCAMS). The interdisciplinary nature of HCAMS integrates practical knowledge and aesthetic expression, and the research group's interest focuses on learning, knowledge transfer and bildung. The group aims to develop environments and methods for learning and teaching based on the diversity within HCAMS, and examine how such learning can contribute to society.
