About us in Crises and Transformation
The Crisis and Transformation profile area is a university-wide hub aimed at creating synergies by bringing together strong research groups, individual researchers, and research environments.
It brings together researchers from business administration, gender studies, the humanities, sport science, informatics, human geography, media and communication studies, musicology, economics, pedagogy, psychology, law, social work, sociology, and political science. Working in collaboration with societal actors and Campus Total Defence, we address and study the phenomenon of crisis and transformation.
A distinctive feature of the profile area is its holistic approach, where analysing the background factors behind crises is considered as important as examining the crises and transformations themselves.
