This project investigates how use of mobile learning material - accessed by mobile devices such as phones - affect communicative language learning? The study concerns distance studies in beginner level language education at university level. How do students use the mobile material? How, if in any way, are students' learning practices changing? How can mobile technology best be integrated into existing "language teaching at university level?
