Sound and Taste; how does sound affect the way we perceive taste?

Crossmodal correspondence studies with music/sound in relation to taste and meal experiences. That is, we are looking to collaborate with musicians (ORU) and artists (e.g. famous artists like Janne Schaffer) in order to create music (based on previous research by SENSE LAB) in combination with culinary arts (creation of different dishes or meal settings) and conduct a real-life testing situation in several restaurants in the Nordic countries, for example Fazer restaurants.
The project is a part of the research group Sense Lab.
